PU Tech India 2023 is pleased to offer hotels around exhibition & conference venue (India Expo Centre, Greater Noida) to make your conference experience hassle-free. These special rates are available only to the registered delegates for the conference. You may book your accommodation online at the time of registering or later on, through the conference website which is subject to availability of rooms at the time of booking. The online system allows only one room to be booked by the delegate. Request for group bookings, may please be made on e-mail to operations@trvlwithus.com as limited rooms are available on these rates, we urge you to book sooner to avoid disappointment.

Hotel Booking Guidelines:

• Rates on request
• Single Occupancy – Only 1 person can stay
• Double Occupancy – Only 2 persons can stay
• Twin rooms cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability

Room Inclusions:

• Buffet Breakfast
• Wi-fi
• 1 litre mineral water bottle per day
• Tea/Coffee maker in the room
• Use of Gymnasium and Swimming Pool
• Room rates are inclusive of all the taxes

Terms & Condition:

• Check in Time: 1400hrs.(2PM)
• Check out Time: 1200hrs. (12 noon)
• Rooms are limited and will be allotted on first come first serve basis
• The room rates will be in Indian Rupees (INR) per room per night basis
• Room rates will be inclusive of all the taxes
• After confirmation of the room booking, 100% retention charges will be applicable for any cancellation received
• Rooms will be confirmed only when we receive 100% advance payment
• Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and additional charges will be applicable
• Personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, room service and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check out
• Rates are inclusive of government taxes on room. Should there be any change in the tax structure, the same would be applicable

Any amendments in terms of change of dates, reduction in number of persons or rooms will be treated as cancellations & amended requests will be subject to availability of facilities. Inability of Travel With Us to provide services as per amendments will not dilute its right to levy cancellation charges.
